Eatsgram - Terms & Conditions

This document sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the Eatsgram Platform. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

Eatsgram (we, our, us): [Your Full Company Name and Address].
Platform: Our website, mobile application, and related services.
User (you, your): Any individual using our Platform.
Restaurant: Third-party vendors selling food through our Platform.
Delivery Boy: Third-party individuals or entities engaged by us or the Restaurants to deliver food to customers.
Order: A request by a User to purchase food through the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You must use our Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
You shall not use our Platform in any way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
You shall not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of our Platform.
All information provided on our Platform is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information.   
We are not responsible for the quality, quantity, or preparation of the food provided by the Restaurants.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features of our Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.   
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.   
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without notice.   

4. Placing Orders and Payment

By placing an Order through the Platform, you agree to purchase the food and pay the applicable fees (including the price of the food, delivery charges, taxes, etc.).
The final price of your Order will be displayed on the order summary page.
We may accept various payment methods as specified on the Platform.
All payments are processed securely, but we are not responsible for any security breaches.
The acceptance of an Order is at the discretion of the Restaurant. Once the Restaurant accepts your Order, you will receive a confirmation notification.

5. Our Use of Location Data

The "EatsGram Driver" app collects location data, including background location, from your device when the app is in use or even when it is closed. This data is collected only when you are signed in as a delivery boy and are in 'online' mode.

> This data is used for the following purposes:

> * To provide customers with live updates on their order delivery.

> * To inform restaurants about your estimated time of arrival for pick-up.

> * To provide you with accurate navigation and routing for your deliveries.

> We do not share this location data with any third parties, except with the customer and the restaurant, which is essential to complete the delivery process

2. प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग

आपको हमारे प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग केवल वैध उद्देश्यों के लिए करना होगा और इन नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करना होगा।
आप किसी भी ऐसे तरीके से हमारे प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग नहीं करेंगे जो गैरकानूनी, हानिकारक, अपमानजनक, धमकाने वाला, अश्लील या आपत्तिजनक हो।
आप हमारे प्लेटफॉर्म की सुरक्षा को भंग करने या भंग करने का प्रयास नहीं करेंगे।

ऑर्डर की अंतिम कीमत ऑर्डर सारांश पृष्ठ पर प्रदर्शित की जाएगी।
हम विभिन्न भुगतान विधियों को स्वीकार कर सकते हैं जैसा कि प्लेटफॉर्म पर निर्दिष्ट है।

5. हमारा लोकेशन डेटा का उपयोग

हमारा "EatsGram Driver" ऐप आपके डिवाइस की लोकेशन की जानकारी, जिसमें बैकग्राउंड लोकेशन भी शामिल है, को तब इकट्ठा करता है जब ऐप उपयोग में हो या बंद हो। यह डेटा सिर्फ तब इकट्ठा किया जाता है जब आप डिलीवरी बॉय के रूप में ऐप में साइन-इन करके "ऑनलाइन" मोड में होते हैं।

> इस डेटा का उपयोग निम्नलिखित उद्देश्यों के लिए किया जाता है:

> * ग्राहक को आपके ऑर्डर की डिलीवरी का लाइव अपडेट देने के लिए।

> * रेस्टोरेंट को आपके पिक-अप के अनुमानित समय की जानकारी देने के लिए।

> * आपको ऑर्डर के लिए सही नेविगेशन और रूटिंग प्रदान करने के लिए।

> हम इस लोकेशन डेटा को किसी भी तीसरे पक्ष के साथ शेयर नहीं करते सिवाय ग्राहक और रेस्टोरेंट के साथ, जो सिर्फ डिलीवरी की प्रक्रिया को पूरा करने के लिए जरूरी है।
