Generally, once an Order has been accepted by the Restaurant, it cannot be canceled.
Some Restaurants may allow cancellations within a limited time frame before the order is prepared. Any applicable cancellation fees will be communicated to you.
If you wish to attempt to cancel an Order, please do so through the app or website or by contacting our customer support immediately.
If the Restaurant cancels an Order for any reason (e.g., unavailability of ingredients), you will receive a full refund. within 2-3 Business Day!
